Facility Rentals

Looking for a great venue to host a party? Need a place to hold your next business meeting? What about a quiet space for a shower? We offer several facilities that are perfect for your special event. With capacity up to 120, our rental facilities have been home to memorable weddings, birthday parties, family reunions, and so much more.

Party rentals are available on Saturdays and Sundays only. We open rental availability 13 months for residents and one year in advance for non-residents starting on the first business day of the month. Dates are "first come, first served" and can be held for 5 business days before being forfeited. All events are personally handled and floor plans layed out with our on staff event specialist. 

Events include:

  • 2 hour setup prior to event
  • 5 hour event
  • 30 minute post event clean-up

Saturday events may start as early as 12:00pm and must end no later than 10:00pm.

Sunday events may start as early as 12:00pm and must end no later than 8:00pm.

Oak Packages allow for alcohol on premises, but is limited to beer, wine, Champaign and seltzer products. HARD ALCOHOL OF ANY KIND IS NOT ALLOWED AND WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF YOUR EVENT AND FORFEIT OF YOUR DEPOSIT.
       **All Auditorium Oak Packages require an additional $250 security fee**

Maple Packages do not allow for any alcohol. ALCOHOL OF ANY KIND IS NOT ALLOWED AND WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF YOUR EVENT AND FORFEIT OF YOUR DEPOSIT.

Auditorium

The Auditorium holds up to 120 guests and includes use of the stage, kitchen, lounge and patio.  Courtyard ceremonies are also available to add on for an additional $150. This includes 40 chairs with additional chairs available for $1 each.

A $200 refundable security deposit is required.

Sunset Room

The Sunset Room is our smaller rental space and holds up to 64 guests. It has a kitchenette with sink, full-sized refrigerator, and microwave.

A $100 refundable security deposit is required.

Executive Board Room

The Executive Board Room is the perfect place to hold your next meeting. With the existing set holding up to 15 and a projection screen, your attendees will feel comfortable during your presentation.
