Crazy Holidays
The staff of the Bedford Park District enjoys sharing crazy holidays with our
patrons. Please join us for these special events and for an opportunity to share
with those in need.
September 25th - R.E.A.D. in America Day
Please consider donating your gently used books. Book donations can
be dropped off a the Swanson Center or Community Building.
Donations accepted September 7th through September 24th.
October 23rd - National Make a Difference Day
Leave pet friendly donations on your front doorstep for the Animal Welfare League
of Chicago.

Please be reminded that the Bedford Park District has an
electronics recycling bin available.
December 16th - National Cookie Exchange Day
Just in time for your holiday entertaining! Register asap for our cookie exchange.
Each participant must bring 4 dozen cookies to share. All cookies must be homemade.
Appetizers, raffles & door prizes will make for an enjoyable evening.
