Community Building Facilities
The Community Building is home to the Administrative, Recreation, and Maintenance Offices.
All administrative duties including election responsibilities are handled through this office.
Anne Borsa serves as the election official for the Bedford Park District. Hours of operation
are Monday through Friday, 8:30AM until 4:30PM. The direct phone number for the Administrative
Office is 708-458-2265.
The resident rate is available for party hosts currently residing in Bedford Park District Boundaries.
The host must sign the rental agreement and be present during the entire party. Our residents are entitled
to two parties at the reduced rate per calendar year for indoor facilities.
MEETING & BANQUET FACILITIES
Executive Board Room
The Executive Board Room is the location for all meetings of the Bedford Park District Board
of Commissioners. It is also available for rental on a daily basis for a nominal fee of $25.
Your next meeting will be one to remember in our tastefully decorated room. Tables can be set
up for a round-table discussion or classroom style for training purposes. The room can accommodate
30 people and audio visual equipment is available. Let us know what we can do to serve you best.
Auditorium
The auditorium is located inside the Community Building. It is host to plays, exhibits, and
our famous Parent's Night Event which is the closing ceremony for Summer Camp.
For your rental needs, this venue comfortably seats up to 200 guests. A small kitchen is available
and the stage is perfect for seating the guest of honor for gift opening or for your disc jockey.
Ceramics Studio
Our ceramics studio is well stocked with the equipment, greenware and paints needed to create
beautiful works of art. Classes form regularly and are open to beginners as well as advanced students.
Early Childhood Room 
The Early Childhood Room is located in the Community Building. It serves as the location
for our two playschool programs and our playtime for tots program. Playschool classes fill
quickly and we begin registration on the first Monday every May for the following school year.

Party Rooms
The Community Building offers two rooms for party rentals in addition to the auditorium.

Garden Room
The Garden Room is located in the Community Building and is ideal for your small party or meeting
of up to 50 guests.
Sunset Room
The Sunset Room is located in the Community Building. It is ideal for a small party of up to
35 guests and offers a lovely view of the park grounds.

The Bedford Park District is a smoke-free
and alcohol-free facility.
$60 will be refunded by check via
U.S. mail upon inspection and providing the
room is left clean and vacated within the 5
hour party time limit. Refund check will be
sent via U.S. Mail by Wednesday of the
following week. All Sunday events must take
place between Noon and 5:00PM.
